Terms & Conditions

Because novelty fireworks should have adult supervision when using them, we have several Terms and Conditions that we place on the sale of our novelty fireworks. When you buy novelty fireworks from us, you agree to and accept all of the Terms and Conditions set forth in this section.

1. Sparklers in-CyberSPACE stands behind the quality of all our products. If a product is damaged in transit or is defective, we will refund, replace or exchange the item for you. Please call us at 1-570-240-6371 Monday through Friday, 9AM - 5PM (EDT). We will then direct you on how to return the product.
   
   Defective does not cover not knowing how to light the product when instructions on our web site. Please feel free to call us at 570-240-6371 for any questions Monday through Friday, 9AM - 5PM (EDT).
   
   
2. Our merchandise is sold only with the agreement that you will obey all pertinent laws, including Federal, State, County, City, and other local laws.
   
   
3. When purchasing fireworks from Sparklers in-CyberSPACE, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sparklers in-CyberSPACE from any and all legal consequences, damages, or fees arising from the transportation, storage, handling, sale, and/or use of novelty fireworks. Only you are responsible for your actions.
   
   
4. EDD = Estimated Delivery Date. Sparklers inCyberSPACE does not guarantee delivery dates due to the fact that I can not predict UPS and acts of God.
   
   
5. If an order is damaged when you receive it from UPS, Sparklers in-CyberSPACE must be notified within 1 business day by phone or email and provide pictures of the damage if requested. If the damage is legitimate, we will gladly replace the product and submit a claim to UPS for the damage.
   
   
6. All cancellations must occur within one business day. If you cancel within one business day and the order has not been shipped, your credit card charge will be voided or refunded.
   
   No cancellations after an order has been shipped. If you wish to return the product, you must pay the shipping and no refunds are given. You may receive a store credit for the amount of the returned product.
   
   All returned products are subject to shipping charges to and from Sparklers in-CyberSPACE and a restocking fee. You will receive store credit in the amount of the returned products.
   
   
7. Sparklers in-CyberSPACE issues in-store credit for orders that have to be replaced. We DO NOT issue refunds.
   
   
8. If the shipment is lost, please notify us as soon as you determine there is a delay in the shipment so that we may contact UPS to track the shipment. If it doesn't deliver, we will reship the order and submit a claim to UPS.
   
   
9. We try to maintain accurate records on our inventory so that we know what we have in stock all the time. In the event an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value.
   
   
10. You must be 18 years old to purchase fireworks. By submitting your order with Sparklers in-CyberSPACE, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age.
    
    
11. We accept e-Checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Expres and Discover through PayPal. For credit card orders, we require the zip code that your card is billed to, and the three-digit security code that is printed in the signature block on the back of your card.
    
    
12. While we have invested a considerable amount of time verifying the data on our website, we are not responsible for errors or omissions on our website. If you find an error, or believe something is not clear, call us at 570-240-6371 or send email to sales@incyberspace.com and we will have it corrected promptly.
    
    
13. Pennsylvania residents must pay 6% sales tax on all items ordered. Other States do not have to pay sales tax.
    
    
14. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks or CODs. We also do not accept PO's unless a credit application is filled out first.
    
    
15. Prices on our website are subject to change without notice.
